My lamp has no shade. can you help me choose one?
Yes we can help you select the perfect shade. We will determine the proper style, size, fabric and trim for your lamp shade. We will guide through this process and help your explore the appropriate design options for your lamp.
My lamp needs repair and a new cord. Do you provide repair services?
While we do not repair lamps ourselves. We can arrange for repairs through one of our reputable vendors. Your lamp would be submitted to them for an estimate. Upon your approval the lamp would be repaired.
Can I provide my own fabric?
Your welcome to bring your own fabric, however it must be suitable for fabrication. If your fabric is unsuitable we can help you find the appropriate fabric selection.
How long does it take to get a custom made lampshade?
Normal production takes approximately 4-6 weeks. Lamps that need repair, custom frames, or special order fabric will require extra time to complete. We will provide an estimated time schedule upon request.
